Specifically designed to cut only the paper backing (the liner) of a self-adhesive vinyl film. With this tool, you will eliminate the risk of damaging adhesive or cutting into your vinyl. When used properly, Metro Series Liner Cutting Knife leaves no cut lines or marks on the film.

Steel with teflon coating on the protective surface allowing the knife to slide across the adhesive side with ease.

Included is a blade with cutting edge.
